Thomas (“Tom”) C. Moody

Thomas (“Tom”) C. Moody is a real estate and business attorney currently located in Austin, Texas. Tom has 34 years’ experience in business litigation and transactions in a variety of areas and industries. He holds corporate counsel positions with insurance companies, professional employer organizations, propane industry and logistics/trucking firms. Tom provides direct and honest advice to his clients. As a result, clients develop trust and remain committed as long term clients.

Mr. Moody holds a law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law, San Antonio, Texas and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, Austin Texas. Mr. Moody is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Superior Court of Guam; and has been previously admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court W. D. Texas and Guam; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 9th Circuits; and the Supreme Court of Guam. He remains a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation & Real Property Section Member. He is a former member of the Lex Mundi Association of International Law Firms and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

He is married to his wife of 36 years and has three adult children living in the Austin, Texas area. Mr. Moody is an avid skier and hiker with a great interest in the Austin FC franchise.
